Dr. John Trotta is an author and nationally recognized educational leader with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and become confident problem-solvers.

Named the 2026 New York State Assistant Principal of the Year by the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) and the School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS), Dr. Trotta has spent over 20 years working with children, teachers, and families.

Dr. Trotta believes that life's everyday challenges are opportunities to learn and grow, and that helping children approach problems with calmness, resilience, and a positive mindset builds skills that last a lifetime.
